Shoutout to Brian! He went the extra mile to get out some green nail polish I spilled on the carpet, which initially didn’t seem doable. He did a fantastic job to end up with unblemished-looking carpet. The booking process with Nora was very smooth, and she got me booked in quickly, despite it being a busy period. Brian was informative with the spot cleaning process, and the price was quite reasonable. Would definitely recommend these guys!
The guys were on time and very professional! They took care of all my problems. I recommend them highly.
Chem-Dry does a fabulous job! Our carpets are in poor condition and they always make them look like new again. The technicians are kind and professional. Five stars for sure!
James and Nora have invested in the latest technologies to clean your home with ecological efficiency. I had carpets, upholstery, rugs. stone floors, granite, and marble countertops all cleaned and polished with respectful care. The results were incredible – my home has never looked cleaner, even though we’ve lived here 25 years!! Kudos to the Chem-Dry of Lake Tahoe team!!
Was delighted when I came home to clean carpets and a sunburst pattern ☀️ I have been using Chem-Dry for a couple of years and am always very happy with communication and results. Highly recommend.
Chem-Dry is always great. This time they came out LIGHTNING fast. I’m used to having to wait a bit, so I’m very thankful for expedited service. We’ll be reaching out to them the next time that we need carpets cleaned.
Notable: followed directions perfectly and even adapted a request as needed on the fly. Left my windows open and a fan on so I could stay out and let these now beautiful (once again, somehow) carpets dry before rolling on it in my wheelchair.
Chem Dry went the extra mile for us! ❤️🙏🏾. We used them before and the service was great, but we needed a cleaning for home staging and realtor photos for MLS on short notice. It had to be completed while it had snowed overnight and we live at high elevation. They made it happen. Got their equipment there and completed the work on time! Looks fantastic and quality service. Fast and responsive. Respectful staff. I highly recommend.
I was in dire need of carpet saving. Chem-Dry did exactly that! With great communication from the moment I set an appointment to the day of service. I had ZERO worries. We had the pleasure of meeting Orlando. He explained the process and answered all our questions. We are very satisfied and happy with the services received. I 100% recommend.
Chem-Dry of Lake Tahoe came out to our house and cleaned our master bedroom carpet. I didn’t think the rug could get as clean as it did because it was VERY dirty. They brought it back to life. It’s clean with no residue or chemical feel to it. Bryan was kind and professional. I loved our experience with them, and I will absolutely use them again.
Nora and her crew are amazing! I am the office manager for a property management company here in Truckee and we use them for all of our houses. They are reliable and do a great job! I highly recommend them!
This was our first experience with Chem-Dry of Lake Tahoe and couldn’t be more pleased. Brian did a fantastic job of removing deep stains that we did not think possible to remove. He was on time and worked a long time doing a great job. Carpets looks like new. I love how quickly they dried. Also, we asked for fragrance free products and we do not detect any odors* at all. Thank you Chem-Dry!
Best carpet cleaners in the Tahoe Basin! Not only is their product superior but they are professional and a pleasure to work with. A rare gem these days!
Great experience with Chem-Dry of Lake Tahoe! I had used other locations, but this is my first time using the Lake Tahoe location. Extremely communicative through the whole process. We had to reschedule a few times due to the recent snowstorm and they were able to fit us in earlier than planned. Will definitely use them again!
I’m a dog rescuer and usually have at least four huskies around my place. My carpets look brand new after each cleaning and Bryan is super nice about how awful the dog hair must be. Impossible to have any rugs without these guys. If you have pets, add the deodorizer and such.
I had already gotten an estimate for an anticipated spring carpet and upholstery clean when my dog got sick all over everything: vomit on the new cream area rug in a bedroom and diarrhea on the wall to wall and heirloom rug in the living room. Not only did they remove all the stains and odors*, they did a superb job bringing back my dog-friendly couch and winter-ravaged carpet. Max and Hunter arrived early, were friendly, listened to my concerns and, most importantly, revived my home. Would recommend their services to anyone and use them again.
Chem-Dry of Lake Tahoe did a great job cleaning upholstery and carpet for my business. They went above and beyond by coming in on a Sunday, the only day we are closed, to do the cleaning. I am super happy with the work and the high level of service A++!!
Brian and crew were awesome! Came at scheduled time and gave me an estimate and started cleaning. Had 3 room carpets plus couch and chair cleaned. All look great! And should be dry soon. Highly recommend Chem-Dry. Professional job. Will use them again.
My interaction with Chem-Dry Tahoe was outstanding. I was in a pinch and needed quick deep cleaning of carpets in four rooms and cleaning hardwood floors. First, the service is amazing. I spoke to two folks on the phone (one was Nora the owner) and they were both informational and spent time to explain all the different products and ways to solve some of the problems we were having (some odd smells in our new home). Bryan who was our technician was also knowledgeable and friendly. He out did himself on making sure all the areas were cleaned and highlighting any areas that may be particularly hard to clean. Which leads to the quality. Bryan spent a few hours cleaning all the specific areas and he was very diligent. There was only one part that was too old and too stained, but everything else came out clean and fresh. Feel confident in our space again and won’t move into a new home without a deep clean from Chem-Dry.
The guys showed up right on time and were in and out very quickly. They were even able to get a couple of tough spots out of our carpets. They were very cordial and gave good advice about our area rugs.
This Chem-Dry goes above and beyond. The owner came over to look at my problem and see IF he thought he could fix it. In a few days, he sent over a technician who worked on our rug and handled the situation. I am so appreciative of the extra service.
What a great experience! In my summer home, I confess I have not had carpets cleaned for at least a decade, and there have been grandkids and pets running throughout. The crew from Chem-Dry paid special attention to food stains under the dining table and pet stains in a couple of rooms. I couldn’t be happier with their promptness, courtesy, professionalism, and service.
Very easy digital scheduling and texting system to schedule to keep the customer informed arrival time. Good customer service, pleasant and knowledgeable technicians, and happy with the work!
Nora and her team at Chem-Dry of Lake Tahoe are the best! We’ve used them for years now and they’ve always done a great job. Brian R. was our last technician and he was professional, personable, and did an incredibly thorough job. From my experiences, I would highly recommend using Chem-Dry
Today, the technician came to my home in Truckee, assessed my carpet, and discussed the services I wanted and price. They were prompt, professional, helpful, and a great representation of Chem-Dry of Lake Tahoe! Please let them know how much I appreciated their customer service.
Chem-Dry did such an outstanding job cleaning our carpet. Our carpet looks so beautiful. Max, who cleaned our carpet, was so professional, so friendly, and so efficient! Thank you so much!!!
Called for my annual carpet cleaning. Nora was so nice and got me an appointment just 2 days later! I received 2 reminders and “on my way” texts. Orlando arrived on time and was super nice. He did a great job. Carpets were dry within 4 hours, as told. Great service!

We had a 12×15 area rug cleaned. I am very impressed with the results. Within 15 minutes of submitting an online inquiry, Chem-Dry called me back to schedule an appointment. I received confirmation texts and emails before the appt. Max showed up on time and was friendly and professional.
Chem-Dry of Lake Tahoe is our go to carpet and floor cleaner. Their communication prior to, during and after the appointment is definitely 5 stars. We have two big dogs and two active kids and are very hard on our floors and Chem Dry always has the floors looking as good as new.
They always do an excellent job. The advantage is faster drying and chemical-free cleaning. Child and pet friendly! Excellent track record removing difficult spots too. Chem-Dry has been my go to for 20 years.
